SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act                              
establishing the current prevailing rate of wages issued at least 10           
days before the final submission of bids as the prevailing wage rate           
for public construction projects and requiring periodic adjustment of          
the wage rate" which had been held to the May 3 calendar (page                 
2024) was read the second time.                                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SPONSOR                  
SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 be advanced to third                         
reading and placed on final passage.  Senator Jacko objected.                  
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE                        
BILL NO. 126 be advanced to third reading?"  The roll was taken
